Following our objective to provide our customers with full-scale regulatory support in view of their current and future needs, we have newly established SCC UK Ltd. to ensure the continuity of our services in the transition period and after the full implementation of the new regulatory provisions in the United Kingdom (UK).
Our service portfolio for the UK market
In the UK, we currently provide regulatory support with a focus on:
- Only Representative services

- Support for Letter of Access (LoA) related issues
- Registration support (from 1 January 2021 on)
- Developing a regulatory strategy, including a testing strategy for UK registrations
